Class Parties

At school they call them winter parties, but I will call it the Christmas party since in reality the party is planned around that theme.  Shelby's party once again was full of activity, more than can be done in 1 hour if you ask me!  I got assigned to the craft, which again took more than the 10 minutes allowed to create a snowman out of torn up construction paper.  They played a candy relay game where they had to open a piece of candy while wearing big gloves.  There was all kinds of noise coming from that side of the room!  They also made snowman soup.  Hot chocolate, marshmallows and a candy cane in a styrofoam cup.

After cleaning up the mess in Shelby's room I headed to Morgan's class.  She was busy painting her tree ornament.  They didn't do too bad for a room full of K's painting with Q-tips.  Morgan painted a green tree with a yellow star on top & red balls on it, a candy cane, a blue sky, a sun & green grass at the bottom.  They played Christmas Bingo for a game and then enjoyed some yummy snacks. 

Since I was late to her party and K's require more help, I didn't get very many pics of Morgan.  Sorry sis!

One more day of school and then it is break time!
